Making mistakes is part of the journey

In the previous post I mentioned how my path has been changing over time and now what I like to do is creating products. One of my goals for this year is to launch a product per month, telling you my experiences and learnings here.

In the past I have launched different products without having any knowledge on how to do it. Now, with more experience, I look at them and I am pleased to have done them, despite having made so many mistakes that I am proud of because they have allowed me to learn.

I still have a lot to learn in the process of creating and publishing products. This last year I have learned to be much smarter and face that 20% of the work that, although scary, is going to give you 80% of the results.

I started the year by launching an e-book on ChatGPT that everyone finds interesting, but no one has actually bought it. It's time to reflect and learn about the process. I also launched a small product but it didn't get any traction, and I realized I hadn't approached it correctly, so I shut it down.

This week's goal was to launch another idea that I had for a few years. I bought the domain, and set it all up in an afternoon, only to have to cancel it for personal reasons. It was like a bucket of cold water, although this time I accepted that it is part of the process and that I could learn several lessons.

One of the lessons learned was the following: with my knowledge and experience in the software engineering (IT) and product sector, I am now able to develop products efficiently and fast. That's why I've set out to build a series of tools to help you overcome all these obstacles that I myself am encountering when launching products and trying to monetize my time.

If you want to learn how to launch a product in a day, I'm preparing news that I will announce soon at wefasi.com.

See you on Sunday on youtube and next Friday here in the next newsletter.
